Overview:

The primary function of this position is to partner with the GM of the business unit regarding revenue and expenses ensuring control, accuracy, predictability, timely delivery of results, comparative analysis and commentary to Corporate leaders and Finance team.

Responsibilities:
  • Support business unit in pursuit of financial targets through in-depth analysis and sharing of financial knowledge.
  • Develop KPIs which assist business unit in driving strategy and plan.
  • Support the enhancement and compliance of Finance processes, standards and systems.
  • Communicate, discuss and challenge financial impacts with local management.
  • Prepare and present at BU/Brand related meetings where financial input/commentary is required/requested.
  • Identify, measure and drive cost savings.
  • Prepare Sales, Pricing, Gross Margin analysis as needed by management.
  • Oversee Commissions, Sales incentives and promotions related to proper accrual and payments.
  • Identify and resolve reporting discrepancies and concerns involving system processing or policies and procedures, including but not limited to maintaining and coordinating all SOX compliance with other management staff.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Relevant Bachelors degree required (Accounting preferred), MBA and/or CMA/CPA highly desired.
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and auditing skills, a must.
  • Demonstrated skills and knowledge in financial analysis, KPI development, reporting requirements and computer applications.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Must be multi-task oriented.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, proficiency in Tableau , strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work with large data sets and data warehouses.
