The Company with Great Benefits and certified as "A Great Place to Work". Responsibilities: Develop and execute the financial strategy of the company to ensure alignment with business objectives. Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration. Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Manage the processes for financial forecasting, budgets, and consolidation, and report variances. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain appropriate internal controls. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive management team on financial matters, including financial performance, investments, and business opportunities. Develop and implement effective financial policies, procedures, and systems to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee treasury, cash management, investment activities, and risk management. Lead the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS. Coordinate the preparation of the annual report and ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and other statutory requirements. Evaluate and manage the company's capital structure, funding, and financing arrangements. Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA/CFA certification is preferred. Bilingual English/Korean desirable. Experience working with international companies specifically Korean, with knowledge of culture and business practices required. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role. Strong knowledge of corporate financial principles, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and investment strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing finance team. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems) and proficiency in MS Office Suite. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
