This role supports the Event & Sponsorships Manager in planning and executing a variety of marketing events for trade partners, consumers, and sponsorship activations. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative event strategies that drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: Develop comprehensive event marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Help support in the planning, organization, and execution of a range of marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, product launches, and community engagement activities. Collaborate with internal teams to align on event goals. Create promotion materials such as invitations, flyers, and signage for events. Monitor and analyze event performance metrics and complete event reports. Cultivate relationships with industry vendors and potential sponsors to enhance event visibility and reach. Represent the brand in a premium way at all events. Deliver executional excellence by abiding by brand standards and showing attention to details in all areas of the role. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field 3+ years of experience in marketing event planning Understanding of event production and design Strong inclination for collaboration Proficient Powerpoint and presentation skills Proficiency in Photoshop, In Design, and Illustrator
