Advertising Specialist

Job Description:

The Advertising Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and tracking all Fishman advertising efforts across all digital platforms. They will play a vital role in shaping the future of our brand and direct sales marketing strategies. A successful candidate needs to be analytics first and should have a strong understanding of advertising, Google Analytics, and Influencer marketing. The ideal candidate is someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and drive data proven success.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Influencer marketing, and social media channels.
• Conduct keyword research and ad copy development to support campaign objectives
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting and KPI analysis
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and meet KPI expectations.
• Collaborate with internal departments and team members to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Develop SEM strategies and execute tactics that will increase reach, leads, and revenue at each stage of the marketing funnel
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in managing and delivering successful digital media campaigns
• Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, Spotify Ads, and other PPC and display platforms.
• Proficient with reporting and diagnostic tools: Google Analytics, Ads manager, Data Studio, Ahrefs, and other reporting tools.
• Ability to turn detailed analysis into insights and straightforward summaries to drive actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
