This role is responsible for assembling quotes, processing and tracking orders and providing a superior customer experience for our clients. This position will support our market in Montana but can be seated out of any CompuNet location. Day-to-day tasks may include:Supporting our sales teams by assembling quotes for our clientsProcessing and tracking orders with distributors and manufacturersAssisting in managing clients' overall customer experience with CompuNetWorking with manufacturer and distributor partners to ensure we are ordering and receiving the correct product at the correct priceProcessing Return Material Authorizations (RMA)Providing excellent internal customer service to all of our business unitsWho you areYou're a strong team player that is invested in helping your customers succeed and contributing to a great company culture.You have the following knowledge, skills, abilities and/or education:Ability to communicate professionally with clients and co-workersStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail, process and follow-upComfortable with team-based work structureAbility to demonstrate flexibility on the jobAbility to become efficient in our application and quoting toolsOur ideal candidate would also have the following preferred knowledge, skills, abilities and/or education:1-3 years inside and/or outside sales experience with an emphasis on 2-tier Value Added Reseller programsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
