Must have a degree in Accounting. 1-3 years of Accountant GL and Reconciliation experience. Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software. Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail. Good organizational and time management skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong ethics and reliability.
