Johanna Beverage Company - Janitorial Specialist Johanna Beverage Company is currently seeking a Janitorial Specialist for immediate hire. This position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the Plant common areas (i.e., restrooms, break room, locker rooms, etc.). This position also ensures the front office area and offices remain clean, daily laundry of company smocks, and safety equipment inspections. Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. The employee will occasionally use chemicals and be exposed to moist or wet conditions and fumes. Work involves often lifting materials and products up to 20 pounds. While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is often required to stand and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. While in the production area, the use of safety equipment is required, including but not limited to eye safety glasses and hearing protectors. The use of smocks, gloves, and hairnets (and/or beard nets) will be required. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted. Minimum Qualifications: High School Graduate or GED required. Candidate must successfully complete a background check, General Physical, Physical Abilities Testing (60# test), and pass a standard 5 panel drug screen. Additional Information: Previous janitorial experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
