Job Description
Seeking a Structural Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience who is passionate about engineering and eager to handle a diverse range of projects and building types. This role involves supporting 5-10 projects simultaneously, analyzing load spreads including gravity and lateral forces, calculating building stability, managing project budgets and timelines, and leading a team of junior staff to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables. The successful candidate will manage projects from the pre-design stage through to the creation of project schedules and budgets, and the implementation of project designs and deliverables. You will also direct a team of 7 junior engineers, review and answer design questions, understand and complete calculations related to permitting and construction, and communicate directly with clients, city/public officials, and other stakeholders.
