Position Summary

As the Vice President of Engineering at Radix, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading significant advancements in our product and engineering strategies.   • Execution and Delivery Management

    • Implement agile methodologies to accelerate development timelines and improve market responsiveness.
  • Cost Efficiency and Optimization

    • Provide regular updates to executive leadership regarding engineering progress, milestones, and potential challenges.

Technical Expertise Required

  • Over 10 years of engineering experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity, developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in software architecture, cloud-native designs, and contemporary data platforms.
  • Experience in integrating diverse data sources and ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Strong background in ETL/ELT processes and utilizing business intelligence tools.
  • Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing).
