Experience is valued over qualifications for this role. You must have excellent client facing skills, and the ability to manage a portfolio of personal tax clients. You will be liaising with clients in person and completing personal tax returns to a high-standard and to deadline.

This role offers autonomy, although with the support of the partners and managers as required.

The position can be molded to accommodate someone ambitious, studying ATT/CTA with desire to take on more responsibility in terms of advisory/planning projects alongside the partners. Equally it will suit someone who enjoys personal tax compliance and wishes to focus and develop their career in this area.

You will be working in a family friendly firm, with a low staff-turnover and supportive culture. Salary is flexible dependent on experience, study support requirements and qualifications.

Essential Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and ability to instill confidence in clients and develop strong working relationships

ATT would be beneficial but not essential
