Ansell is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Specialist to join our team in Iselin, NJ

In this position you will play a vital role in coordinating the execution of product portfolio management initiatives (pricing, product introduction, product changes, rationalization, promotional activities), and supports the implementation of PPM programs into the region with the aim to maximize synergies and optimize results of the assigned category.

What your role will be?
  • Drives the overall product lifecycle of the assigned product range/portfolio. Recommends and ensures execution of improvement / rationalization initiatives of existing products to increase overall operational efficiency and profitability
  • Define gaps within product range, customer experience enhancements, regulatory, packaging and labeling and product discontinuations
  • Support sales efforts to close new business via implementation of sales tools and providing ongoing competitor and geographic targeting
  • Contribute to the global portfolio strategy by providing regional expertise and create the appropriate analysis to support the portfolio strategy and supporting implications
  • Voice of Customer Support: Coordination of samples; status follow-ups, consolidation of feedback.
  • Development of competitive analysis comparatives
  • Develop and perform product trainings and webinars
  • Review and deploy any supporting collateral
  • Induction product training responsibility
  • Participate in forecasting efforts
  • Review e-commerce sales data and summarize key information to help regional and global product portfolio managers understand how to improve position on online sales platforms.
What will you bring to Ansell?
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in marketing or product management
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in product management and forecasting
  • Knowledge of the North American alternate care medical markets
  • Acute experience a plus
  • Sales experience a major plus
