Our Group Security Department is looking for an Administrator to join the Security Team. If you have great attention to detail, a professional telephone manner and great administrative skills then we would love to hear from you
Who we are:
The Group Security/Central Function Team
The Central Function/Support Team consists of a Group Security Central/Contract Support Senior Administrator and Central Support Administrator, who will work together to support the functions within the remit of the Head of Group Security; Group Security Operations Centre, Field Security Teams, Fraud & Intelligence Team, Security Project Manager.
What will you do?
The role will include general administrative duties as required by the business to include the following:
Maintaining trackers used for monitoring works raised with third party providers for Repair and Maintenance of our security systems.
Administration of our Keyholding Contracts to include maintaining the keyholder tracker, setting up new keyholding contracts, cancelling keyholding contracts which will require liaising with branches and third party provider, submitting keyholding schedules to third party provider each month for invoicing purposes.
Processing invoices for third party providers which require checking of charges against works carried out, and raising/managing any queries with third party providers until resolution.
Providing administrative support to the Senior Central Support/Contracts Administrator and providing cover during their absence.
Attending meetings as required.
