A post-construction cleaning company in East Orange, NJ, is seeking an Estimator to join their team.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Estimate project costs and prepare detailed billing.
  • Oversee accounts receivable (AR) processes.
  • Support salespeople with back-office administration.
  • Manage the CRM system and distribute leads.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial records.
  • Maintain strong communication with team members and clients.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in estimating and billing.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the post-construction cleaning industry is a plus.
