Details: OVERVIEW The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for optimizing our production processes, increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall productivity. RESPONSIBILITIES* Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.* Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce waste.* Design efficient workflows and layouts for manufacturing facilities.* Conduct time and motion studies to determine optimal work methods.* Utilize statistical methods and software to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.* Collaborate with production managers and other stakeholders to implement process improvements.* Identify and recommend new technologies and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.* Develop standards and procedures to ensure consistent quality and performance.* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects.* Train staff in new processes and technologies.Job RequirementsDetails: QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.* Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies, BB preferable.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Presentation skills in PPT at an ELT level is required.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor"s degree in industrial engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.* 3 to 5 years of experience with solid experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.* Knowledge of pharmaceutical"s manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.* Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.* Project management experience is a plus.* SAP experience preferred.
