Role Summary

Dealer Registration Specialist primary focus is inside sales effort with goal of increasing dealer awareness, adoption, and engagement of EBlock platform on behalf of partner auctions that launch EBlock app. Will require coordination and teamwork with the auction partner team to assist with their dealer customers. This role is a hybrid position.

What You Will Do:

* Build, enhance and nurture customer relationships to secure customer loyalty and increase business.

* Actively working the phones to increase awareness of our product with our customer base.

* Partnering with new dealers to review and complete contracts, and training on EBlock app and website.

* Working in a team environment with your dedicated outside sales team.

* Resolves customer issues and complaints by taking immediate action independently or referring customer to appropriate manager.

* Persuasively explains to customers and prospective customers how companys products and services can reduce customers costs and enhance their businesses.

* Provides customer training as required.

What You Will Need:

* 1 year of experience in the car auction business preferred

* Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

* Strong customer service skills and telephone manner

* Excellent administration skills

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

* Organized with the ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure

* Flexible and able to adapt to change quickly

* Able to follow instructions and work using your own initiative
