Customer Care Representative/Administrative Assistant

Introduction Join our dynamic team as a Customer Care Representative/Administrative Assistant where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service. This hybrid role requires a blend of customer service skills and administrative expertise to support our operations and enhance customer satisfaction. If you're a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you Job Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently. Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel schedules for staff and management. Maintain and organize files, records, and correspondence both electronically and physically. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Support the operations team with data entry, order processing, and inventory management. Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and administrative procedures. High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred Proven experience in a customer service role or administrative position Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies Compensation details: 30-35 Hourly Wage PIe1298ee3bff6-31181-39595394 Required Preferred Job Industries Other
