**What Were Looking For**

Rydell Auto Center is looking for a Body Shop Customer Service Representative to help support our Body Shop business and to provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

**Schedule/Pay**

* Schedules available are 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm and every 7th Saturday from 8am-1pm

* Pay range is $15-$18/hour based on experience

**Responsibilities**

* Greet guests and guide them through the after accident procedures, either in person or over the phone

* Explain written estimate to guest

* Send glass claims to insurance for approval

* Check in with customers daily, via email or phone, to keep them up to date on their vehicle's repairs

* Ask for feedback from guests after vehicle repair has been completed

* Work with Estimator and Body Shop Foreman to stay knowledgeable on guest's vehicles

**Qualifications**

* Minimum of 1-2 years previous customer service experience is desired but not required. Training will be provided for the right person

* Ability to communicate with a diverse population of people while showing empathy for their sometimes stressful situations

* Confidence to handle high volume guest needs with limited supervision

* Ability to read/interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions and procedures manual

* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

* Excellent listening and communication skills, high level of initiative, and ability to work in a team.

* Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general math skills

* Experience in the estimating/body shop/automotive field Insurance company a big PLUS

* Professional appearance in accordance with body shop policies / dress code
