Job Description
Responsibilities:
Prepares technical and economic proposals for projects to analyze with the Development Director,
Negotiate land leases and manage landowners' relationships,
Develop and maintain relations with relevant bodies such as local governments and environmental offices,
Apply, follow, and obtain all necessary authorizations from the administration, especially building permits.
Communicate effectively across the organization, prepare assumptions and inputs required for other departments involved, reporting,
Prepares documentation packages to participate in contests and bids.
Gives support in the negotiation processes.
Maintains the registration and monitoring of the progress of the project.
Presents and elaborates documents effectively in situations of difficulty.
Performs the tasks entrusted to him/her with high quality and little supervision.

Required Skills and Competencies
Profile:

Engineer or University Degree familiar with general project management and administrative procedures in development. Preferably familiar with wind or PV development procedures. English at advanced level writing and speaking. Good teamwork skills, open-mindedness, and willingness to learn. Target oriented. Able to travel frequently.
Additional:
QGIS or similar software training will be a plus but not mandatory
Wind Farm/PV administrative development training will be a plus but not mandatory
General development training in a formal administrative procedure: planning, environmental, and building permits will be a plus but not mandatory
General project management training will be a plus but not mandatory
