The Encompass Group is working with a Fort Worth Architecture firm that is an industry leader They are seeking to add a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to their dynamic team. This is an opportunity to be a key contributor, and have hands on ownership on your projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

As an Architecture Project Manager at our client's firm, you'll have the opportunity to lead projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve:

  • End-to-End Project Management: Oversee projects from their initial conception through to the final execution, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and design excellence.
  • Client Engagement: Engage directly with clients to understand their vision, needs, and expectations. Your ability to forge strong client relationships will be pivotal in bringing their dreams to life.
  • Collaboration: Foster seamless communication with contractors and city officials, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 6+ years of experience in the field of architecture, demonstrating your proficiency in managing architectural projects.
  • Education: Hold an architecture degree, providing you with the foundational knowledge and expertise required for this role.
  • Technical Skills: Exhibit a background in schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration. Your technical proficiency will be essential in delivering successful projects.
  • A strong background with Revit software.
