WHAT'S THE ROLE?

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be is a critical contributor to developing the end-to-end market solution for iEnet’s unique Last Mile Services and Vendor Distribution business models. As a Senior role, you will be required to lead by example in all interactions internal and external -- representing iEnet in professional service-oriented mindset.

As a Project Manager, you will be passionate about your contributions toward delivering our iEnet Solutioning Program and meeting and exceeding our customer expectations.

This role will be a mix of customer facing project management (virtual and onsite) as well as internal team facing pass downs and scheduling.

To accomplish this, you will work closely with the Director of Product Operations and VP of Innovations to assure business and functional requirements are within budget and timeline limitations.

You will have the natural ability to know when to escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders to assure remedies and/or mindful resolutions can be made without unnecessary stress or costly remedies.

PRIMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

AS AN IENET SR. PROJECT MANAGER:

Represent iEnet on recurring or as-needed project calls and capturing necessary pass downs and action items.

Manage the planning and design stages of projects (master schedule) with stories.

Customer, Integrator and Contractor onsite logistics scheduling and oversite.

Flag change orders and prepare estimates for Primary Account Manager approval.

Escalate new sales to Primary Account Manager.

Create the Project Framework, including but not limited to; Project ID & Key Vitals, Master Schedule, Stories, Tickets (comprehensive and shell), and Project Folders.

Work with Lead Engineer and SOW to refine engineer tickets.

Communicate detailed and actionable information to appropriate internal resources using operations team program deliverySOPs and tools.

Manage project kick-offs, recurring internal or external team or task resolution meetings.

Submit shipping requests and manage any changes to shipping requirements.

Submit invoices request and % complete per project.

Perform cost calculations and prepare LOE/Estimates for quoting purposes.

Prepare monthly project summary reports.

Manage customer required certifications and credentials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5-10 years demonstrated experience as a Project Manager

BS/BA in computer science, business, or related experience

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Project.

PMP Certification is a plus.

Engineering degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

Willingness to travel average 10%+ of the time.
