Responsibilities Success in sales, identifying prospective clients, taking job orders, and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients. Working M-F 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Developing a client base and finding new customers. Connecting with potential clients using networking, cold calling, emailing, etc. Meeting and identifying client's needs and demands. Maintaining a strong relationship with new and prospective clients. Performing administrative duties when required. Performing other related job duties or responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Industrial construction experience is recommended, but not mandatory. Extensive business to business sales experience. Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude. Strong analytical and organization skills. Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager, Sales Account Executive, or a similar role in the sales in construction industry. Demonstrated outstanding leadership skills. Good time management skills. Exceptional negotiation and sales skills. A proven track record of acquiring new clients. An ability to think creatively. Knowledge of the Industrial construction field is HIGHLY recommended. Benefits Benefits and 3 personal days after 90 days; 1 week vacation given after 6 months.
