The Seasonal Inventory Control Associate supports the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist (RICS) by maintaining store inventory accuracy and flow. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound inventory, stocking merchandise, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maintaining a clean stock room. The role involves completing documentation and system processes promptly and supporting sales through effective inventory management. Key duties include: Providing excellent customer service and building relationships. Accurately processing inventory shipments and transfers. Verifying merchandise deliveries against company standards. Preparing merchandise for sale, including tagging and signage. Ensuring proper tagging and compliance with loss prevention guidelines. Inputting freight information accurately and timely. Executing RTVs, orders, and markdowns efficiently. Achieving productivity targets. Maintaining an organized stock room in compliance with regulations. Adhering to all legal and company policies. Performing additional duties as assigned. Demonstrating professionalism and teamwork.
