Could you be the full-time onsite Special Process Torquing Expert in Hornell, NY, US we're looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates. You'll contribute significantly to the optimization of product design and industrialization during the tender phase, ensuring industrial constraints and requirements are considered to minimize risks and control costs. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality), manage industrial risk through Process FMEA, and much more.
We'll look to you for:
- Contributing to technical solution decisions during specification and design phases for special processes,
- Defining requirements and rules for associated tooling to initiate production,
- Managing the evolution of quality control processes dedicated to special processes,
- Issuing relevant documents within the Quality System,
- Ensuring the deployment and validation of new processes in accordance with project planning,
- Managing and performing Transfer of Technology on special processes, including documentation, process and means validation, training,
- Training workers, EPU managers, and support functions to execute and understand business rules linked to special processes

- Degree in process engineering, mechanical, or other related field,
- Experience or understanding of industrial methods and practices,
- Familiarity with SMART tools for torquing and riveting processes,
- Experience in special process execution, definition, and qualification,
- Recognition as an expert by the Special Process central coordinator,
- Knowledge of FMEA, MTM, and CATIA
