  • Managing and performing Transfer of Technology on special processes, including documentation, process and means validation, training,

  • Training workers, EPU managers, and support functions to execute and understand business rules linked to special processes

All about you

  • Degree in process engineering, mechanical, or other related field,

  • Experience or understanding of industrial methods and practices,

  • Familiarity with SMART tools for torquing and riveting processes,

  • Experience in special process execution, definition, and qualification,

  • Recognition as an expert by the Special Process central coordinator,

  • Knowledge of FMEA, MTM, and CATIA

Things you’ll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues,

  • Work with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in special process torquing to contribute to product design, industrialization, and risk management,

  • Progress towards becoming a key player in enhancing our production efficiency and quality standards,

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you
