**Customer Service Scheduler**

Full-Time in Phoenix, AZ - Associate The right person for this position will enjoy being on the phone most of the day and helping customers who call us with their electrical needs. As leads come in via the phone, email, or online chat, youll be the first responder to support them.

The goal of each interaction is to schedule the customer for an electrical service appointment or an estimate with a technician.

*If youre uncomfortable speaking with customers who have an electrical service need, this is not the position for you.*

**SERVICE SCHEDULER POSITION DETAILS**

Were a small team working in a very fast-paced environment. You may be asked to help with other customer support inquiries including following up with customers on appointments, estimates, and outstanding invoices.

**Work is onsite in North Phoenix near the Deer Valley Airport.**

**Remote work is NOT available. You must be in our office.**

**Hours are fixed from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday Friday.**

The Service Scheduler is the first contact for many of our customers, so its critical you exemplify a friendly, helpful, and professional image.

***You have to have experience doing this. Well teach you our system, but you have to be comfortable on the phone and okay asking customers to book an appointment.***

* $16.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience.

**WHAT YOURE RESPONSIBLE FOR**

Being a Service Scheduler at Turn It On Electric isn't just about answering phones and scheduling customers although that is a big part of the job.

You'll be responsible for making sure the customer follows through with their booked appointment by properly setting their expectations.

To succeed in this position, you must:

* Have a passion for serving people.

* Be coachable and willing to learn.

* Be able to handle stressful situations with ease.

* Know the importance of closing the customer to book the appointment. Without an appointment, we cant help them.

* Understand the impact you have on the team if the position's requirements aren't done well.

* Be ready to take on extra projects as needed.

* Provide amazing service to our customers.

* Accurately complete all job-related work.

* Answer incoming calls within two rings, with a smile, and with the goal of scheduling the appointment. And if the customer sends us a message or email, youll be responsible for picking up the phone and calling the customer.

* Log all incoming calls and provide the marketing team enough information to adjust the quality/quantity of inbound leads.

* Know your daily conversion statistics and report on them.

* Know your weekly statistics and report on them to management.

* Record all jobs in the work order management systems.

* Follow up on all previous day's appointments using a script to ensure customer satisfaction and request a 5-star review.

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**

* **Pass a drug screen and background check**. Its a requirement for the job so if you have concerns about being able to pass, dont apply.

* **Willing and able to learn**. Were always creating new and better ways to deliver for our customers. Youll need to learn new ways of doing things even if its different than the way youve always done it.

* **Work is on-site in our office in the Deer Valley Airpark. Hours are fixed from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday Friday and are non-negotiable at this time. REMOTE WORK IS NOT AVAILABLE.**

* **Excellent customer service skills.** Being able to understand the impact of your decisions on both the customer and the team is critical.

* **Typical office environment**. Climate-controlled, extended periods of sitting but also standing, walking, and navigating stairs. We have a small office and a small support team, so youll work closely with them at the office.

* ServiceTitan Experience a massive plus, but not required.
