Responsibilities:

Internal business consultant:

Site specific analyses

Identification of potentials for optimization

Recommendation of improvement measures

Active involvement in execution of measures

Cost accounting:

Set-up of (local) cost accounting and controlling systems

Set-up and preparation of product calculations

Investment planning, calculation & monitoring

Operative planning on unit and site level with preparation, interpretation and communication of aggregated plans (budgets, forecasts, contingency plans)

Experience in a Manufacturing environment is a plus.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

Strong Communication

Reliably commute or planning to relocate to McConnelsville, OH prior to starting work
