Appropriate insurance licenses to sell medical, dental, vision, and ancillary employee benefit plans Thorough knowledge of InterLutions’ products, services, and philosophy Ability to speak to groups, lead meetings, and conduct educational sessions Ability to assess, propose, sell, and close deals for financial business solutions Ability to leverage applicable technologies, systems, and applications Ability to set clear goals, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve problems logically Ability to collaborate with others towards common goals and objectives Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form Maintain and enhance applicable Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education and Experience
