Job Description Solutions Engineering is a critical new role at Authenticx responsible for showing the true power and value of Authenticx to our prospects and customers. Solutions Engineers are creative, value-driven technology experts that love to engage with people. They drive sales through clear communication focusing on customer use cases, technology infrastructure, and solution design. With a comprehensive understanding of the Authenticx platform, Solutions Engineers empower prospects to understand how we can work for them. Solutions Engineers also help Authenticx improve our overall solution. The best Solutions Engineers help capture the most challenging technical requirements observed in the market and translate them into actionable insights for the Authenticx Product Innovation team to develop. What you will be doing: Building and leading the Solutions Engineering team, defining its structure, and establishing best practices from the ground up Enabling the team on product capabilities, best practices, and the roadmap and aligning it to prospect and customer needs Developing and refining world class discovery, demo preparation and execution, product positioning, and technical solutions that help customers see ultimate value and ROI Creating compelling stories that differentiate Authenticx in presentations and proposals Driving successful positioning of technical integration and scoping within the ecosystem Providing expert technical expertise and guidance to the sales team during customer presentations and demonstrations Empowering customers with successful onboarding and post-sales support to achieve their objectives and foster long-term partnerships Staying informed of industry trends and competitive intel, and working with the product team to influence the product roadmap for ongoing innovation

Qualifications Our ideal Solutions Engineer will possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced technical degrees are advantageous 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or in a similar technical pre-sales role in the B2B SaaS industry Demonstrated expertise in architecting and delivering customer-centric solutions that align with customer needs and drive business value Solid technical background with experience in software integrations, APIs, and a deep understanding of complex ecosystems. Proven ability to build and lead successful teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to customer challenges You are: Mission-oriented: You’re excited to work on a team that operates at the intersection of human talent and software in healthcare. You can write JSON, XML and use public APIs to build connected demos or use middleware. Creative problem solver: You listen well and understand customers' needs. You think outside the box to solve their challenges and deliver a solution that will drive value for the customer. Team player: You can work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals. You are energized by collaborating with diverse teams. Independent: You can learn and drive outcomes with minimal supervision. You have a bias toward action and gravitate towards environments where you have an outsized influence on the success of outcomes for customers and colleagues. You are exceptionally good at making trade-offs based on incomplete data.

Additional Information For local candidates, this is a hybrid position consisting of mostly remote/virtual working with on-site (Indianapolis northside) activities approximately 1-2x per week. For non-local candidates, this will primarily be a virtual/remote position with occasional on-site travel (2-4x per year), depending on location.
