A day in the life of an Insurance CSR:
- Helping customers understand policy coverages.
- Making changes to policies when a customer buys a new vehicle, replaces a roof or expands their business.
- Assisting Producers in quoting coverages for new or existing customers.
- Preparing renewal quotes or policies to be reviewed with our customers.
- Team meetings, mentoring or 1:1 career development time.
