Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering Technology ispreferred. • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater treatment plantconstruction. • Proficiency in using AutoCAD, BIM, and Bluebeam software for preparing fieldinstallation and submission drawings. • Familiarity with ordering and managing DI, PVC, and SSTL piping. • Strong attention to detail and ability to review and analyze submittaldocuments effectively. • Experience with field surveying equipment is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectivelywith internal and external stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines. • Highly competitive salary based on experience. • Company-provided truck and gas card upon approved Motor Vehicle Record report. • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) participation. • Continuing education training opportunities for professional development,including PM (Project Management) and PE (Professional Engineer) advancementpreparation.
