Work closely with marketing and technical staff to assist in proposal writing. Interact daily with staff in a multi-office environment. Minimum Physical Requirements Exposed to occasional lifting and carrying. Will have normal office working conditions and be required to sit and use a computer. Capable of traveling to and maneuvering around project sites for attending client and project meetings and site observations. Able to use various technical equipment for communication and documentation. Visual acuity necessary to perform responsibilities. Desired Education Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Desired Skills/Experience Licensed PE (MI PE preferred or able to acquire via reciprocity within 6 months). 10+ years of civil/municipal experience working with local governments. Strong public presentation and solid written and verbal communication skills. Experience utilizing AutoCAD and Civil3D for bidding document preparation. Previous project management and client liaison experience and a strong ambition to step into that role.
