Develop and maintain detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation. Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Project Management: Lead and manage projects aimed at improving commercial processes, customer engagement, and order management operations. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in commercial operations and customer engagement. Mentorship and Leadership: Act as a mentor to junior analysts, providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing.
