Delivery Specialist OReilly Auto Parts Apply for the Delivery Specialist role at OReilly Auto Parts. Compensation Pay Range: $15.00 $21.00 per hour Hourly pay is subject to minimum wage requirements. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance or bonuses, and premium rates based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Essential Job Functions Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently. Use hand?held devices for delivery management: process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, complete inspections. Maintain cleanliness, inspections, and readiness of vehicles before operating. Secure keys, fuel/fleet cards, devices, and collected monies at all times. Pick up customer returns, fill out return slips, and report issues to management. Communicate problems or special needs from customers to store management. Report maintenance needs, accidents, or damage immediately. Fill fuel tank and lock/secure vehicle at end of business day. Clock in/out per company policy. Perform customer service, sweeping, stocking, merchandising, errands, core returns, stock orders, and other duties as assigned. Skills, Education, Knowledge, and Experience Quick matching of alphanumeric sequences. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Adaptability to changing delivery situations. Valid state drivers license and clean 14?18 point record. Legal eligibility to drive per company requirements. Desired Familiarity with automotive parts. Ability to operate other light store equipment. Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired). Benefits Competitive wages & paid time off.
