This is a vital leadership role where you will take ownership of the technology, maintenance, process, and setup for the equipment on the production line. You will be regarded as the technology authority within your domain.

How You Will Contribute

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with line leaders to achieve SQCDSM targets—Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Morale—ensuring process stability. Participate actively in Daily Management Systems (DMS) meetings at both shift and line levels.
  • Own the technology and process settings for equipment, demonstrating deep technical proficiency. Manage Progressive Maintenance systems and KPIs for the line, along with the Repairs & Maintenance budget.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance systems and plans for the lines. Invest time in building the technical and maintenance skills of technicians, enabling them to independently handle equipment operations and maintenance.
  • Partner with the Asset and Reliability team to drive system improvements and efficiently execute maintenance tasks. Oversee Change Management for the line, localizing spare parts and performing breakdown analyses to reduce R&M costs.
  • Assist in Value Stream Utilization (VSU) for new initiatives and support benchmarking efforts both internally and externally. Serve as a subject matter expert and trainer on PM-related subjects.

  • Advanced knowledge of AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and PM (Progressive Maintenance) standards, capable of maintaining dedicated equipment independently.
  • Leadership skills to guide the line team, qualifying and coaching future team leaders while driving continuous improvement using the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Adjust) approach.
  • The ability to act as the Line Leader, developing and aligning goals for the line, and managing individual development plans (IDPs) for team members.
