Employs evidence-based practice in educational methodologies and clinical practice. Assists in clinical orientation of new Team Members, provides ongoing consultation on educational requirements and existing resources to direct care Team Members Actively participates in the quality improvement process, acts as a positive agent of change and communication. Guides other disciplines in applying principles of evidence-based care to their educational needs. Performs appropriate RN functions and other duties when assigned. Follows the Association for Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) Scope and Standards of Practice.This role would be for the Central Education Team and responsible for Behavioral Health Orientation, Nurse helper orientation, and teaching WELLE.Requirements: Registered Nurse license BLS certification BSN with 3 years of RN Clinical Experience OR bachelor's in healthcare Related Field with 4 years of Nursing Education A background in the Behavioral Health is preferred.Facility: BayCare Health System, Clinical Education-SAHLocation: St AnthonysStatus: Full Time, Exempt: YesShift Hours: 8am-430pmShift: Shift 4Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = VariesWeekend Work: OccasionalOn Call: NoHow often will this team member be working remotely?
