So, what will you be doing as a Quality and Process Improvement Manager?
  • Lead continuous process improvement efforts with a strong Quality focus.
  • Track Quality Performance metrics and communicate to the management team.
  • Conduct a weekly Quality Meeting to communicate performance and lead corrective actions.
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis on major fallouts, problem lots, and reoccurring quality concerns.
  • Actively monitor production on Critical lots to ensure quality performance.
  • Lead team on quality assurance efforts for critical lots, customers, and development lots.
  • Actively monitor Operator/Inspector practices and procedures to ensure quality performance.
  • Assist Dying Manager to improve shade consistency and accuracy.
  • Initiate, execute, and track quality improvement projects.
  • Ensure accuracy of, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Initiate, execute, and track cost reduction and process improvement projects.
  • Job performance is directly tied to Plant Quality Performance as well as the overall financial performance of the business.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A successful track record within the quality sector
  • An Educational Background: A BS or BA degree.
  • Business Acumen: 2 to 3 years of manufacturing experience
