The function of the **Customer Service Specialist** is the end-to-end management of a variety of customer deployment activities.

This position would suit candidates with strong administrative and organisational skills who would enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

* Please note * This is **not a technical role** but an administrative, office-based position.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

* Liaising with internal and external departments via Microsoft Teams and telephone calls.

* Delivering and maintaining excellent customer care and service, at all times.

* Maintaining all documentation and internal systems, ensuring all data is accurately and consistently recorded (training will be provided on internal systems).

* Understand fully the processes and procedures used within the team.

* Adhere to all internal and customer deadlines.

* Provide reports where required.

Knowledge, skills and experience required.

* High level of attention to detail with a right first-time attitude.

* Well organised with a flexible and professional approach to work.

* Team player with conflict resolution skills.

* High competency in problem solving, the skill to understand and retain relevant information and when to escalate to management level.

* Pro-active approach to avoid repetition of fulfilment issues.

* Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to provide clear, structured ideas and high-quality information.

* Perception created to all parties is one of competence, reliability, efficiency, authority.

* The ability to work effectively and informally with the internal cross-functional delivery teams, Service Partners and the customer.

* Demonstrable experience in the use of Microsoft Office Packages and other software applications.

* Possess the willingness and aptitude to quickly become conversant with ADVA technologies and their platforms.

* Demonstrable experience of working work under pressure, maintaining a professional manner at all times essential

* Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must be Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked or be willing to undergo the process to be checked.
