Overview:

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? WeCare Heating and Air, Fort Walton FL is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated team.

DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENATIVE:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired company growth as well as book service appointments and promote customer satisfaction, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Have the determination to succeed and grow with the company
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices?preferred
  • Have a clean driving record
  • Be able to pass a drug test and background check


Responsibilities:

What you will do:

  • Call customers from prior day for quality check
  • Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
  • Call on customer list to offer promotions
  • Follow up on reviews positive and negative
  • General inbound customer service

What you bring:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong attention to details
  • Conscientious, team player
  • Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
  • Clear background check and drug screen
