The position is for Senior Technical Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in cloud-based implementation, with a focus on contact center solutions such as Genesys.

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and highly experienced candidate for the position of Senior Technical Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in multi-tier cloud implementation with a focus on contact center solutions such as Genesys. This individual will play a crucial role in leading and managing technical projects, working closely with internal business teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multi-tier cloud implementation projects, with a specific emphasis on contact center solutions like Genesys.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional business teams to gather project requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines and milestones.Work closely with external vendors to coordinate project activities, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment with project objectives.Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, facilitating communication and resolving any project-related issues or challenges.Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on project status to stakeholders and senior management.Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project delivery or quality.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cloud computing, contact center solutions, and project management methodologiesRequirements :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on multi-tier cloud implementation and contact center solutions.Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.PMP Certification, Agile Certification, or Scrum Master Certification would be advantageous.Experience in e-commerce (eComm) is considered a plus, but not a strict requirement.Ability to work independently and remotely,
