è alla ricerca di nuovi talenti per crescere e affermarsi come leader nel mercato dell’intrattenimento per bambini. La figura sarà incaricata di sviluppare e migliorare costantemente la gamma dei prodotti FABA: analizzare i competitor, definire le caratteristiche tecniche implementabili nel prodotto e nella sua gamma di accessori, definire le tempistiche e i costi per gli ordini e portare avanti le trattative con i fornitori. Mansioni: - Sviluppo del prodotto, della parte elettronica e degli accessori FABA con responsabilità nella definizione dei nuovi prodotti e delle nuove versioni di prodotti esistenti - Coordinamento con ufficio grafico - Analisi tecnica base delle componentistiche del prodotto - Trattative con fornitori Europei e Asiatici - Coordinamento con ufficio acquisti - Analisi campioni pre-produzione e loro perfezionamento - Riportare richieste di miglioramento al produttore, previa verifica fattibilità - Analisi delle offerte - Considerazioni costi e marginalità - Analisi dei competitor - Coordinamento con ufficio marketing e vendite - Definizione dei desiderata HW e SW - Ricerca idee/innovazioni/tendenze e nuovi materiali - Esperienza di almeno 4 anni come Project Manager/Developer o come buyer, preferibilmente presso aziende operanti nel settore elettronica di consumo/giocattolo o nella produzione/distribuzione di beni durevoli - Formazione scolastica di elettronica (Diploma o Laurea) - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta - Predisposizione al problem solving - Capacità di trattativa commerciale in acquisto - Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza ingegneristica dell’industrializzazione di un prodotto - Utilizzo del computer - Disponibilità a viaggiare e a partecipare a fiere del settore - Tenuta allo stress - Capacità di lavorare in e con un team - Buone doti relazionali - Buone doti di comunicazione Cerchi un ambiente smart, a contatto con risorse di valore che ti permettano di esprimere te stesso, le tue competenze e fare la differenza alla crescita aziendale?
