This individual must demonstrate the Witham Health Services philosophy of caring in all aspects of job performance and interpersonal relationships. # Minimum Education/License/Certification Requirements Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred, who has completed a Master#s Degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work or Bachelor#s degree in Social Work or Sociology with the intent and commitment to obtain Master#s in Social Work (preferably LCSW) from an accredited school within a specified amount of time directed by Human Resources. Minimum 3 years previous clinical experience in a hospital setting, working collaboratively with physicians, SNF setting or behavioral health setting# experience may be required also depending on position need at time. .# Must be CPR certified for all positions and CPI certified if working on Behavioral Unit.
