What You ll Do:

  • Gather essential documents like property plans and technical specs to fully grasp project scopes.
  • Select optimal human and material resources for efficient project execution.
  • Source multiple bids, haggle like a pro, and choose the best offers to control costs.
  • Develop a clear work plan, including timeframes for project milestones.
  • Conduct risk assessments to anticipate and account for project variables.
  • Calculate final cost estimates, incorporating resource usage and profit margins.
  • Craft detailed proposals that outline material choices, costs, and schedules.
  • Engage with clients to refine estimates and align expectations.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in construction estimation or ready to learn the ropes in the field of interior trim, doors, and hardware.
  • Armed with qualifications in project management or a sterling track record in construction estimation.
  • Proficient in predicting costs for substantial, complex construction projects.
  • Skilled in interpreting both technical and non-technical project documents.
  • A research guru with top-notch proposal writing chops.
