LPA specializes in valuation and appraisal, market research, feasibility, property tax consulting, and right-of-way/eminent domain appraisals, litigation support, and expert witness testimony. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant with experience in bookkeeping, specifically using QuickBooks Online, to join our team.
POSITION
As an Operations Assistant with bookkeeping responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations. Your primary focus will be maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong attention to detail, and have a solid understanding of QuickBooks Online. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements
• Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist in inventory management and order processing.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide administrative support, filing, and data entry.
• Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
• Proven ability to work both with a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
