We are a Global Company looking for a driven and passionate full time Sales Coordinator to join our existing Sales Team in the US.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all retail Suppliers are serviced to the highest standards.
Administrative support for Sales Managers, such as new line forms, forecast reports, daily activity needs to support the Sales Manager and retail trading partners.
Working with the Sales Managers and developing presentations for retailers.
Work with design team for special packaging requests from Suppliers.
Work with CSR to assure that all routing and shipping requirements from Suppliers are fully understood and executed accordingly.
Assist account receivable with chargebacks, remittance discrepancies.
Communicate with operations team with new product launch and special promotion events.
Maintain specific reporting functions.
Cross checking Purchase Orders, which includes up to date prices, quantification, and lead-times.
Assisting with sample requests as required for Suppliers.
Assisting with Trade Fairs where applicable to ensure they are a success.
Updating retailer websites with images and approved content to remain up to date.
Knowledge and skills:
3-5 years’ experience working in a Wholesale environment, selling into multinational retailers.
Experience with Big Box Retailers
Exposure to ERP systems, such as SAP.
Excellent Microsoft Suite skills such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong knowledge when it comes to dealing with retailers.
Very good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to contribute to a positive culture and have mutual respect within a dynamic team.
