This position is responsible to lead by example a team of disbursement technicians in timely and accurate invoice processing. This position requires good organization and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and accuracy while handling a high volume of payments. This associate works under direct supervision following standard processing procedures.

  • Be the liaison between Disbursements and Procurement on purchase orders and accounts payable-related queries.
  • Process medium to high complexity purchase order or purchase order related change requests.
  • Invoice to purchase order error resolution (leveraging Oracle reporting and data).
  • Perform general purchasing administration
  • Maintain accurate P2P support files and documentation.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting, as requested.
  • Assist stakeholders and suppliers to navigate P2P processes.
Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required, college degree is preferred
Work Experience
  • 2 years of relevant experience preferred

  • Good PC skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
