Senior TEST AUTOMATION Engineer

The Role

As a Senior Test Automation Engineer on the DevOps & Automation Engineering team, youll get the opportunity to develop your skills and collaborate with engineers across Fidelity in a fun and dynamic environment. In this role, you will be working with a team of technologists passionate about promoting testing practices, implementing test automation, and executing test suites.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related field required.
  • 5+ years of Software Quality Engineering experience.
  • Hands on experience in developing and maintaining automation test suites using Playwright.
  • Good understanding of Angular and/or Single Page Application, JavaScript and Typescript.
  • Experience in automating front-end, back-end and mobile applications.
  • Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, Git and Artifactory.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time.
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps Methodologies & Continuous Delivery
  • Passionate and committed to learning new things and developing with the latest technologies and frameworks.
  • Works well in both a small agile team and independently and has a strong user focus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Xray.
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as Docker.

Fidelity Digital Assets, a Fidelity Investments Company, is developing a full-service enterprise-grade platform for storing, trading, and servicing digital assets, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
