Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • id in the analysis, requirements gathering, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Microsoft PowerPlatform solutions.
  • Develop PowerPlatform solutions for the IT Division, and assist citizen developers in creating and maintaining their own solutions using the platform based on their business needs.
  • Provide comprehensive support and training to the PowerPlatform user community at client and assist in facilitating low/no-code technology adoption within the agency.
  • dhere to best practices when implementing business solutions and define/refine a governance approach for the platforms use at the client.
  • Develop and disseminate documentation (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.) on platform usage.
  • Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements and use knowledge of PowerPlatform features/tools to offer solutions that meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot PowerPlatform issues; document solutions, and work with system administrators and other IT resources to implement fixes.
  • Function as a liaison between IT and the business units; serve as a point of contact for issue logging, tracking, and resolution.
  • ssist customers in discerning between PowerApps/PowerAutomate and other technology offerings when gathering requirements; identify efficient solutions and recommend alternatives to meet business needs.
  • Contribute to improving our processes and policies within the Business Enablement Services program.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
  • Design and Development of MS PowerPlatform to include CanvasApps, Model-Driven Apps, PowerAutomate, Sharepoint Online, and Teams.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online configuration through the web UI.
  • SharePoint Online site administration, governance, search, and security.
  • Capable of supporting business/citizen developers via training, documentation, and hands-on guidance.
  • Customizing web parts and web part pages; creating sites, document libraries, lists, and views; search and taxonomies; Office/InfoPath integration.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
