Job Description:

A Sr. Workplace Benefits Product Manager is responsible for specific brokerage aspects of the Equity Award solutions for small, middle market and large companies. Job expectations include the ability to lead complex projects across cross functional teams with limited oversight and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise, and organized manner. The individual will be responsible for managing multiple and complex initiatives, working with internal teams on brokerage accounts, positions, and commission related items. In addition, the position is responsible for developing and delivering best practices, researching, and identifying potential concerns, and solutioning self-identified audit issues through the development of sustainable processes.

Skills:
  • Experience with brokerage processing, having strong fundamentals on account opening, statements, and commission processing.
  • Presents themselves and the Firm in a highly professional and consultative manner.
  • Will function as a go-to person to support the Client Service Managers and Financial Advisors
  • Leverages personal relationships with subject matter experts.
  • A seasoned individual with strong analytical, verbal and communication skills
  • Articulate and knowledgeable in brokerage processing
  • Ability to review existing processes in an analytical manner to determine functional and economic improvements.
  • Fosters a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize business needs and properly manage tasks among competing initiatives.
  • Comfortable managing concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, matrix environment
  • Ability to identify, escalate and communicate issues and progress to senior management in an effective and succinct manner.
  • Experience working with large volumes of data (Transactional and or Client) and performance tuning.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Strong brokerage processing knowledge required
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate complex information to a wide variety of personnel in a clear, concise, and well-organized manner
  • Excellent relationship building skills are required to build relationships with Financial Advisors, external partners, and internal partners
  • Ability to manage conflict and bring issues to resolution
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and work within cross-functional teams
Desired Skills:
  • Issues management experience, with an ability to clearly identify problems and drive solutions.
  • Project experience
  • Equity Compensation Administration experience a plus
