In this role, you will:
  • Serve as a critical resource on large-scale Workday WFM projects.
  • Deliver high-quality client service and solutions, address global WFM challenges and complex requirements, and advise on best practices.
  • Identify WFM improvement initiatives and efficiency opportunities to enhance quality and internal control adherence while mitigating risks.
  • Support seamless transitions during Workday WFM implementations and transformations.
  • Contribute to revenue generation by identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and fostering enduring client relationships.
  • Engage in full project lifecycle activities, including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration, and Post-production Support.
  • Influence stakeholders to support WFM transformation and operational improvement initiatives
  • Foster team collaboration and promote an inclusive work environment
  • Participate in business development by developing proposals and delivering presentations in the WFM sector
Who you are:
  • Over seven years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Significant project management experience, including budget, scope, and resource management, with global or multinational client experience in WFM projects
  • Consulting experience in WFM, with a strong understanding of WFM and HR technology vendors, particularly UKG
  • Comprehensive knowledge of WFM business processes, with the ability to adapt and apply processes across different client sectors
  • Experience in business development, including proposal development, presentation delivery, CRM management, and revenue/economic/pricing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
