Role Description This is a full?time, on?site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist at our corporate office in Brentwood, TN. The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle the daily accounts payable operations, process and review invoices, reconcile expense reports, and ensure timely payments to vendors for our 18 (and growing) dental partnerships and corporate office. Responsibilities include reviewing and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing journal entries, and assisting with month?end closings. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and an ability to meet deadlines are essential to this role.
